Unless you live under a rock, you’ve probably heard something this week about the possibility of new Gilmore Girls episodes.  My Facebook feed erupted today with everyone and everything talking about it.

So of course, I had to look into it. And what I found sounds promising for us fans!

According to TV Line and  The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has reportedly closed a deal with Warner Bros. for a limited run revival of Gilmore Girls, which would be penned by creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and executive producer Dan Palladino. I was expecting it to be a campy, corny, kind of embarrassing version of a musical.  Now, I’m not any kind of musical genius, or even remotely musically inclined, but I’m pleased to say that I was completely wrong.
